We offer extensive advice on all aspects of the protection of industrial property and act as legal representatives in such matters. This includes not only matters concerning applications for protective rights and the assertion thereof but also measures for counteracting (would-be) claims of third parties.
We check small and medium-sized businesses and business starters to ascertain whether they might be eligible for German federal funding and offer our assistance accordingly.
Business starters that are not eligible for funding are charged a reduced hourly rate for their first application for a protective right (patent or utitility patent).
In addition to our office activities we participate in cost-free counseling of inventors at the Rhein-Neckar Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Mannheim Chamber of Handicrafts. We regularly give lectures at both chambers on technical protective rights and trademarks.
